Darryl Daly

Managing Director

Camp Management and Catering experience since 1984

Darryl has over 35 years’ experience in industrial catering and camp management. His career began with the Australian military from which he learned the skills of man management and catering on a large scale sometimes in difficult conditions. After leaving the military he owned and operated his own businesses. In 1984, he was approached by AFCO Industrial Services to accept the position as Catering Manager at their Blackwater camp for Coal Resources of Queensland Pty Ltd. In 1990, he commenced his own successful catering business which today is Konor Corporation Pty Ltd.

Phillip Copeman

Operations Manager

Catering experience since 1988

Phillip Copeman has over 30 years experience in commercial catering, restaurant management, and International catering for exclusive yacht charters. His career began in the defence forces developing the skills required to transition to the resort industry after leaving the army. In Cairns, he transformed his skills to managing exclusive resorts, and expanded his experience at resorts in the Whitsundays, Norfolk Island, before focusing on exclusive super yacht charters, responsible for planning and providing a multicultural catering experience for the charters’ international clientele.

Phillip Copeman manages all operational aspects of Konor Corporations service delivery to our valued clients.

Henry Milanovic

Administration Manager

Business, Project & Facility Management since 1980

Henry has over 35 years construction experience including 25 years of modular building experience and 20 years facilities management experience. He is a multi-disciplined special projects and operations manager with extensive experience in village development and operations from short term 50 person fly camps to long term 1,500 person villages.

His experience ranges from catering, cleaning and facilities management to design, development, procurement, establishment, mobilisation, maintenance and final removal and restoration of the site. He specialises in operations which are flexible enough to cater for single day shift, 24hr swing shifts or whatever roster schedules the client requires their personnel to work.

Molly Daly

Part of the Admin team since 2017. Qualified in Business Admin, with hands on experience in Facility Management, General Admin, Front Office roles over a number of sites in Queensland.

Conversant with Konor Operations’ Systems and Procedures, Molly supports the various site operations to ensure outcomes are provided that satisfy the requirements of the end customer.
